Service Terms and Conditions

1. This hiking/trail running permit is valid for one day only for the date selected from no earlier than sunrise until no later than sunset.
2. This permit permits the holder to use the trails as described and marked on Delvera Estate, please do not venture off the marked trails.
3. Please have the confirmation email and/or proof of payment with you when you are on the Delvera Trails. Failure to provide proof of your permit will lead to immediate removal and a trespassing fine.

5. Hikers and runners should familiarise themselves with the routes and other important information before setting off on their hike or run.

“I hereby record that I am aware that the Delvera Klapmutskop trails (“the trails”) are situated on working farms and that I will use the trails entirely at my own risk. I hereby agree to use the trails entirely at my own risk and that neither I nor any of my dependants shall have any claim of any nature whatsoever, arising out of my use of the trails, against Onsite-events or any of their employees/contractors, The Greater Simonsberg Conservancy (“the Conservancy”) or any landowner/s, his/their employee/s, representatives or independent contractor/ working for the (“the landowners”) arising from the negligence or the gross negligence of the Conservancy or the landowners.”
