1. We cater for the whole family: Child seats available at additional costs as well as “lift” option for children to big for child seat & too small for our kiddies ebikes.
2. Minimum length to ride a ebike: feet must be able to reach the pedals at lowest point
3. Maximum weight: 120kg . For larger guests we do have other options but we must be notified well in advance.
4. Experience required: rider must be able to ride a pedal bicycle to be able to enjoy our e-bikes experience.
5. Never extend seat post above maximum indicated height.
6. Always wear a helmet.
7.Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before Tour time.Larger groups we require to arrive at least 20 minutes before the tour departing time.
8. Always wear a reflective vest.
9. Always follow guide’s instructions .
10. Always stay behind the guide.
11.Always ride in single file, except on beach .
12.Always keep a safe following distance.
13.Always stay in the group.
14.When in town, always keep left and watch out for traffic.
15.Beware of cars, pedestrians and dog walkers as well as children running on beach.
16.Stay clear of sea water and ride above water mark.
