WOW EBIKES PATERNOSTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This rate is only applicable to RSA citizens.
If RSA ID is not presented, guests will be liable for the difference between normal and local rates.
Own risk
All guests, clients participate on Wow eBike tours/activities at own risk.
Should you the client damage the ebike due to his/her negligence, you shall be required to pay for the damages as determined by the Manager on Duty before you leave the activity area. Wow eBikes will provide invoices for the replacement parts and labour within 14 days and provide the hirer a refund if damages claimed is more than the damages sustained.
Cancellation of activity
WOW eBikes operates in diverse and changeable weather conditions and all tours and activities are subject to these conditions.
Management reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, unavailability, insufficient passengers and/or unfavourable weather conditions. Clients will be assisted in rescheduling affected bookings. If booking cannot be rescheduled, the nett booking price will be refunded within 30 days.
In case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by the Management of WOW eBikes and guests must report for the activity unless notified by WOW eBikes.
Refunds
There will be no refunds in the event of a no-show by guest on the activity date.
In the event of an amendment not received 3 days prior to activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of passengers originally confirmed.
• 30 days cancellation before arrival: 100% refund
• 15 - 29 days cancellation before arrival: 75% refund
• 4 - 14 days cancellation before arrival: 50% refund
• 24 hrs - 3 days cancellation before arrival: 0% refund
• If this product is bought as a Voucher or Gift Voucher then a 0% refund policy applies.
Re-routing of tours
In the unlikely event that WOW eBikes does not have access to specific area of the booked service or voucher on the day of the tour then WOW eBikes retains the right to re-route affected tours accordingly.
Arrival at venue
Kindly ensure you arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your tour departure time. Should you arrive later, your tour may be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled. If however you contact us before your tour commencement time, we may be able to make alternate arrangements. Timeously means well beforehand.
Loss or damage of any property of the client
The owners and managers of Wow eBikes cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any belongings or property of the clients.
Indemnity
All clients will be required to sign an indemnity before the eBiking tour takes place.
Tour prices
All tour prices are subject to change without prior notice.
PayGenius terms and conditions
Wow eBikes is a business in the activity industry.
Customer privacy policy
Wow eBikes shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, ‘personal information’ shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the bank account of Wow eBikes Paternoster, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wow eBikes who are the approved payment gateway.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer detail will be stored by Wow eBikes separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGenius’s security site. (Detail: www.paygenius.co.za)
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Wow eBikes takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the applicable laws of South Africa and Wow eBikes chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communications of whatever nature.
Variation
Wow eBikes may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
