Activity Description

This is the official GSC permit required for hikers and runners to access the Delvera Estate trails to Klapmutskop. The permit forms a crucial part of the safety and security system for both the hiker/runner and landowners. The permit purchasing process allows you to select a morning or afternoon starting time. Children younger than 13 may use the trails for free but must always be under adult supervision. Please state in the “booking notes” if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are only allowed by pre-approval and under the conditions communicated.
Proceeds from the permits go to the Greater Simonsberg Conservancy to assist with conservation efforts on the many private farms that form the conservancy area and to the maintenance and further development of trails in the Greater Simonsberg Conservancy area.
Hikers/runners may also request a guide or companion using this system.
